Tasks
- Support and lead R&D projects for Transformer Service Operations
- Contribute to transformer service portfolio operations
- Collect and standardize best practices
- Coordinate improvements in Transformer Service HUBs and local units
- Collaborate with Technology Centers and Research teams
- Run standardization projects
- Propose and develop new operational concepts
- Simulate performance of new services in real pilots
- Organize prototyping and testing activities
- Validate new and existing transformer services
- Create standard policies and instructions
- Develop training materials for effective process implementation
- Ensure operational, quality, and knowledge transfer standards
- Support team members and local units
- Assist in complex operations activities
- Collaborate globally with scientists and engineers
