Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- •Minimum of 5 years of industry experience or Ph.D. with 2-3 years of experience
- •Preferred experience in the transformer industry
- •Strong background in supplier technology development
- •Advanced knowledge of component engineering and material specifications
- •Proven ability to develop and implement standardized solutions for component usage
- •Familiarity with SAP S/4Hana and Windchill preferred
- •Strong understanding of part qualification processes, quality standards, and practices in component engineering
- •Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- •Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- •Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

- •Define and drive material standardization for specifications and sizes
- •Clarify global test methods for critical quality parameters

- •Assist in negotiating technical requirements with suppliers
- •Act as a technical expert in component engineering for project teams
- •Stay updated on advancements in component technologies and materials
