Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- •10–15 years overall professional experience
- •5–7 years in payroll, personnel cost reporting, or FP&A roles
- •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Workday, or similar)
- •Knowledge of IFRS 2 – Share-Based Payment and payroll compliance
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- •Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams
- •High attention to detail, confidentiality, and process discipline
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Tasks
- •Perform variance analysis of actual vs. forecasted personnel costs
- •Oversee personnel cost budget and monthly outlooks at the Group level
- •Develop and maintain models for salary increases and headcount movements
- •Provide analytical support for budgeting and workforce planning processes
- •Maintain accurate headcount data in coordination with HR and business functions
- •Track key headcount KPIs such as FTE, new hires, and terminations
- •Provide monthly and ad-hoc headcount reports for management
- •Support workforce planning with insights on organizational structure and staffing trends
- •Ensure alignment of HR and Finance data sources for reporting
- •Deliver accurate personnel cost and headcount reports for management
- •Analyze trends in salary, bonuses, and long-term incentive costs
- •Maintain and improve dashboards for labor cost and headcount analytics
- •Contribute to financial closing activities, ensuring correct accruals
- •Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on financial tracking and reporting
- •Support annual cash bonus calculations and accrual processes
- •Ensure accurate reflection of bonus and LTI expenses in financial systems
- •Identify opportunities to improve payroll and reporting processes
- •Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to enhance data automation
- •Support digitalization initiatives to increase efficiency
