- •Monitor and enhance reward initiatives for engagement and retention
- •Provide data and insights on compensation and benefits to leadership
- •Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance
- •Drive HR transformation projects, including leveling frameworks
- •Collaborate with the Culture team to promote understanding of reward programs
