Requirements

  • •Knowledge of job evaluation, leveling, and benchmarking methodologies

  • •Monitor and enhance reward initiatives for engagement and retention
  • •Provide data and insights on compensation and benefits to leadership
  • •Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal governance
  • •Drive HR transformation projects, including leveling frameworks
  • •Collaborate with the Culture team to promote understanding of reward programs
