- Experience building ROI/TCO models and structuring deal economics
- Crisp, timely, and tailored communication to buying personas
- Belief in orchestration, clarity, and empowerment; leveraging partners and resources
- Results-driven, resilient, and committed to winning as part of a team
- Fluency in English, German and Swiss German
- Comfortable in work travel across EU and at times the US
- Builder, hunter, strategic closer
Tasks
- Support customer transformations as a trusted advisor
- Develop deep understanding of C-Level strategies
- Guide customer transformation with technical and business expertise
- Identify new opportunities and emerging buyer personas
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Execute deals and plan multi-quarter account strategies
- Lead integrated pursuit team for seamless customer experience
