Global Account Manager, Insurance(m/w/x)
Managing and expanding global insurance accounts for a data and analytics provider. Minimum 12 years senior sales experience with global account responsibility required. Focus on value delivery across regions and internal team coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years senior sales experience (enterprise, data, consulting, services) with global/multi-region account responsibility
- Proven track record managing/growing large global insurance accounts, consistently meeting/exceeding quota
- Demonstrated success in renewal management, global account expansion, long-cycle enterprise sales
- Strong ability to navigate complex global organizations, balancing global strategy with regional execution
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-country negotiations (legal, procurement, executive)
- Ability to rapidly assess client needs (business, operational, technological) and translate into scalable solutions
- High degree of independent judgment in planning, prioritization, execution
- Excellent business communication, presentation, executive engagement skills for global corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SFDC
- Ownership mindset, problem-solving, curiosity, proactivity, collaboration
- Continuous growth mindset, learning through social experiences and relationships, widening competencies
- Fluency in English and relevant working market languages
- Willingness to travel internationally as required

Tasks
- Manage and expand a portfolio of large, complex global insurance accounts
- Own the global commercial relationship and drive revenue growth
- Ensure consistent value delivery across regions
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Coordinate internal regional sales teams, client success, product, and delivery resources
- Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Own global renewal strategy and execution
- Protect and expand recurring revenue across multiple countries and business units
- Identify and drive global upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead complex, multi-region deal management
- Build and sustain senior-level relationships with hyperscaler partners
- Ensure consistent executive alignment and strategic engagement
- Execute hyperscaler partnerships globally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert strategies into regional co-sell motions
- Drive pipeline growth and revenue impact
- Conduct global account planning
- Perform revenue forecasting, whitespace analysis, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives
- Maintain a robust and accurate global sales pipeline
- Ensure forecast integrity and quota attainment
- Navigate complex customer organizations with multiple decision-makers
- Partner with Client Success to drive retention and value realization
- Conduct global business reviews and success planning
- Ensure consistent and accurate account data in Salesforce
- Complete required certifications
- Comply with global sales governance and policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
