  • Highest educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • No prior CERN fellow or graduate contract
  • No PhD held

Tasks

  • Oversee CERN & Society Foundation donation accounts.
  • Prepare and control the Foundation's annual budget.
  • Contribute to the annual external audit.
  • Contribute to financial and substantial reporting to authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, donor requirements, and legal obligations.
  • Act as a liaison for the Foundation Board.
  • Handle formal Board operation matters.
  • Organize Foundation Board meetings.
  • Prepare philanthropic grant proposals.
  • Oversee project deliverables and timelines.
  • Prepare project reports.
  • Conduct prospect research in institutional and foundation landscapes.
  • Prepare prospect approaches.
  • Cultivate prospects.
  • Steward donors.
  • Provide financial oversight of grant funds.
  • Maintain accurate records of grants, donors, and reporting obligations.
  • Perform other unforeseen tasks as needed.
