Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Hyperion and SAP
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines

Tasks
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts with business partners
- Consolidate the European P&L budget and reforecast within deadlines
- Monitor costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying overspend areas
- Support business partners with cost tracking and variance analysis
- Prepare management reports and KPIs with insightful analysis
- Deliver commentary and variance analysis for monthly and quarterly closings
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to enhance reporting accuracy
- Build capital expenditure requests and business cases for projects
- Support implementation of financial control initiatives and ad-hoc projects
- Maintain Hyperion Planning and Reporting tools for data integrity
- Assist with SOX compliance activities and ad-hoc analytical requests
