Requirements
- •2–3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A
- •Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- •Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Hyperion and SAP
- •Strong ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- •Proven capability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines

Tasks
- •Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts with business partners
- •Consolidate the European P&L budget and reforecast within deadlines
- •Monitor costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying overspend areas
- •Support business partners with cost tracking and variance analysis
- •Prepare management reports and KPIs with insightful analysis
- •Deliver commentary and variance analysis for monthly and quarterly closings
- •Coordinate with the Accounting team to enhance reporting accuracy
- •Build capital expenditure requests and business cases for projects
- •Support implementation of financial control initiatives and ad-hoc projects
- •Maintain Hyperion Planning and Reporting tools for data integrity
- •Assist with SOX compliance activities and ad-hoc analytical requests
