- 2–3 years of experience in audit or accounting/finance
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong English communication and Italian proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Attention to detail, reliability, and proactivity
Tasks
- Support statutory financial statement preparation for group subsidiaries
- Coordinate with external service providers and auditors
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and deadlines
- Facilitate communication with the U.S.-based finance team
- Manage reporting requirements between local teams and headquarters
- Assist with local GAAP and group policy compliance
- Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
- Support audit processes for external auditors
- Contribute to finance process improvements and standardization
