- Resolve employee payroll and tax inquiries professionally
- Execute SOX controls at the European level
- Prepare standard and ad hoc payroll reports
- Track statistics and key performance indicators
- Manage social security and tax audits
- Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures
- Support and collaborate on various projects
