- Deliver tasks aligned with strategic priorities
- Participate in finance and controlling projects
- Prepare regular and ad hoc executive reports
- Create presentations to support decision-making
- Facilitate communication between management and the CEO
- Update the CEO on project statuses
- Communicate requests to management for the CEO
- Coordinate internal processes for board documents
- Organize internal and external executive meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on tasks
- Manage delegated projects as a project manager
- Collaborate with divisional Investment Center finance teams
- Travel frequently to support finance team cooperation
- Work with other departments on ad hoc tasks
