- Track record driving digital transformation strategies

- Solid oral, written, presentation, interpersonal communication skills
- Inquisitive, out-of-the-box thinking
- Passion for technology and knowledge sharing
- Native-level German fluency (C2)
- Professional English fluency
- Location in/around Munich or Frankfurt
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Direct industry experience in Manufacturing or Automotive
- Strong hands-on experience with SaaS and AI Agent Platforms
Tasks
- Act as lead technical advisor for automotive key accounts
- Work as strategic co-pilot with Account Executives
- Lead the entire solution cycle
- Collaborate with account teams, specialists, and engineering
- Translate complex customer needs into a Connected Vision
- Position Salesforce as the ultimate solution
- Develop highly customized demos and architectural concepts
- Present demos and concepts to C-level decision-makers
- Demonstrate business value and ROI
- Represent Salesforce at marketing and partner events
- Lead technical strategy for RFPs and complex proposals
- Mentor peers actively
- Participate in internal training
- Maintain curiosity for emerging technologies like AI
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives
