Requirements
- Extensive experience in account management, IT/strategy/management consulting or quota-carrying enterprise software sales
- Proven track record selling complex solutions to large enterprise accounts
- Strategic and conceptual thinking ability
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong personal presence, gravitas, confidence, professionalism
- Proven project management skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor's degree or higher experience
- Can-Do attitude, positive outlook, proactive nature
- Inspirational leadership ability
- Direct experience selling into High-Tech Manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in CRM and AI landscapes
- Formal training in value-selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale)
