- •Coordinate invoice processing and approval
- •Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks
- •Ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly
- •Manage office budgets and contracts
- •Handle purchasing and expense reporting
- •Review and process invoices for accuracy
- •Organize internal events within budget
- •Perform other assigned duties
