• •Understanding of marketing and activation principles
• •Strong Swiss German ex-retail partners network
• •Proficiency in German, English, and ideally French
• •Confident use of MS Office
• •Hands-on, proactive, and challenge-oriented mindset

• •Willingness to learn and take ownership
• •Enjoyment of dynamic environments and events

Tasks

• •Support the management of activations across festivals and HoReCa
• •Coordinate creative concepts and logistics with agency partners
• •Build a professional network within the events ecosystem
• •Identify and secure high-quality activation opportunities
• •Support partnership negotiations and ensure compliance with standards
• •Manage administrative processes including POs and invoices
• •Supervise on-site implementation of brand activations
• •Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback on events
• •Monitor activation performance and track engagement metrics
• •Provide analytical insights for post-event evaluations
• •Propose new ideas to improve consumer engagement
