Requirements

  • 5+ years Tech sales closing experience (IT Infrastructure or SaaS)
  • Consistent track record landing net new logos via self-sourced pipeline generation
  • Translated IT pain into business outcomes - Exp selling complex solution into IT personas
  • Understands & used MEDDPICC sales qualification tool & Command of the message
  • Ability to build strong champions
  • Understanding and experience working with channel partners & SDRs
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented 'get it done' attitude
  • Naturally driven, high integrity, grit/tenacity, coachable

Tasks

  • Own bookings growth in assigned region
  • Acquire new logos by discovering opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline
  • Execute account strategies
  • Drive existing customer expansion
  • Generate pipeline daily
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Sales Development
  • Work with Channel Development and Rubrik Channel Partners
  • Define and execute sales plans for territory
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities
  • Identify and close new growth opportunities
  • Work with mid-large enterprise accounts
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center environments
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners and distributors
  • Enable rapid growth with VARs
  • Provide feedback on local market opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships
