  • Understanding of international health arena and exposure to health environments
  • Experience in providing technical advice and collaboration with stakeholders
  • 4-6 years of experience in HIV prevention, treatment, care and support
  • Knowledge of Global Fund policies and governance structure
  • Good publications record in analyzing datasets and public health interventions
  • Excellent knowledge of English and good working knowledge of French
  • Mastery level in Global Public Health
  • Mastery level in Country Context

  • Mastery level in Geopolitical Awareness
  • Mastery level in Multicultural Understanding

Tasks

  • Advise Country Teams on strategic investments for HIV programming
  • Collaborate with Senior Advisors and technical teams throughout the grant lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities for reprogramming existing grants
  • Coordinate with RSSH and CRG teams to enhance health systems capacity
  • Advise on procurement and supply planning for HIV health products
  • Analyze and interpret HIV programmatic and epidemiologic data
  • Provide input into Global Fund HIV policies and guidelines
  • Support training and capacity building for new public health approaches
  • Strengthen Global Fund partnerships through various mechanisms
  • Facilitate partner engagement during concept note development
  • Contribute to Global Fund reports and advocacy materials
  • Perform additional duties as required
