  • Successful stakeholder management at multiple levels
  • Experience preparing professional documents for seniors
  • Success in collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Seven years' Strategy Consulting experience
  • Experience in international development
  • Knowledge of public health and HIV/AIDS
  • Experience working in Global Fund countries
  • Excellent English and good French knowledge
  • Analytical Skills – Level 2
  • Project Management – Level 3
  • Business – Level 2
  • Operational Policy – Level 2
  • Multicultural Understanding – Level 1

Tasks

  • Lead advisory projects from diagnostic assessment to implementation
  • Define and structure strategic business transformation initiatives
  • Manage the entire project management lifecycle
  • Develop actionable recommendations for senior management
  • Perform and communicate complex organizational analyses
  • Present insights through oral briefings and written reports
  • Apply best practice project and change management principles
  • Facilitate buy-in across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Supervise and mentor Advisory Associates on project teams
  • Develop methodologies, tools, and training for the practice
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency
