Tasks
- Lead advisory projects from diagnostic assessment to implementation
- Define and structure strategic business transformation initiatives
- Manage the entire project management lifecycle
- Develop actionable recommendations for senior management
- Perform and communicate complex organizational analyses
- Present insights through oral briefings and written reports
- Apply best practice project and change management principles
- Facilitate buy-in across diverse stakeholder groups
- Supervise and mentor Advisory Associates on project teams
- Develop methodologies, tools, and training for the practice
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency
