Tasks

  • Lead Client Directors and Account Managers
  • Drive expansion across strategic accounts
  • Build and drive regional sales strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations on go-to-market plans
  • Analyze competitive landscape and regional market strength
  • Engage in territory and opportunity development
  • Support field sales teams in closing opportunities
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members
  • Develop territories and quotas for the team
  • Communicate performance expectations to the sales team
  • Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Lead C-level meetings to understand business requirements
  • Build relationships with internal departments and partners
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team
  • Retain and grow the existing customer base
  • Execute non-sales engagement activities for customer experience
