Requirements

- Strong understanding of compliance and data-privacy regulations (including GDPR), PSP governance models, and international healthcare systems

- Serve as regional point of accountability for PSP strategy
- Oversee vendor management and compliance
- Measure PSP performance and value
- Map all PSPs across countries
- Map PSP vendors and their services
- Develop regional vendor governance framework
- Implement vendor KPIs and performance metrics
- Maintain regional PSP services catalogue
- Create central repository for PSPs
- Provide outputs for PSMF obligations
- Classify PSPs for GVP relevance
- Manage regional PSP budget
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities
- Ensure transparent spend tracking
- Provide data-driven insights for investments
- Map patient-facing PSP materials
- Conduct gap analyses for PSP materials
- Develop new patient-facing materials
- Maintain regional repository of PSP materials
- Oversee patient PSP educational websites
- Support local content development
- Align with internal policies and global standards
- Mitigate risks with Compliance and Legal
- Ensure compliant PSP design
- Meet GDPR and local privacy obligations
- Address patient and caregiver needs
- Integrate patient insights into PSPs
