Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
- Significant Medical Affairs experience with at least 10+ years total of pharmaceutical or relevant medical/clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a cross-functional team environment
- Proven understanding of oncology compounds lifecycle and solid tumours disease areas
- Understanding of drug development and commercialization processes
- Proven ability to generate, analyse and interpret clinical trial and published data
- Track record of developing and executing Medical Plans
- Ability to manage multiple projects and products simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication and presentation skills in English

Tasks
- Develop and execute EUCAN regional strategy and tactical plans
- Support EUCAN country strategy and implementation
- Establish strategic partnerships with external stakeholders
- Enhance scientific leadership with advocacy and organizations
- Collaborate with the EUCAN medical leadership team
- Generate insights and organize advisory boards
- Align publication plans with overall tumour level strategy
- Develop strategies for externally sponsored research and collaborations
- Enhance educational and patient-related initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional EUCAN teams
