- Mentoring or leading small teams and developing talent
- Excellent English communication skills
- Deep disease knowledge in lung cancer
- Experience in late-stage clinical development, phase IIIb/IV studies or real-world evidence programmes
- Managing global congress strategy and scientific communications
- Negotiating and managing external partnerships, budgets and vendors
- Knowledge of regulatory, legal and compliance considerations
Tasks
- Develop and implement global medical strategy for lung cancer asset
- Lead cross-functional global medical team to align strategy with market needs
- Build and manage partnerships with academic centers, research networks, and clinical experts
- Translate insights into evidence generation plans for development and access
- Provide medical input into asset strategy and clinical development plans
- Represent GSK at scientific meetings and as internal medical lead
- Ensure scientific quality, governance, and compliance for global medical materials
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate performance of Global Medical Directors
