Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets
  • Experience selling complex software solutions into manufacturing or industrial markets
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performance enterprise sales teams
  • Strong experience managing long, complex sales cycles with C-level buyers
  • Expertise in pipeline development, forecasting, and enterprise deal management
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate in high-growth, fast-changing technology environments
  • Background in industrial technology, IoT/IIoT, data platforms, analytics, or OT/IT integration
  • Experience with manufacturing digital transformation programs or industrial automation ecosystems
  • Success working with GSIs, technology alliances, and channel partners
  • Multi-language capability (a plus but not required)

Tasks

  • Drive revenue growth across EMEA
  • Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor Account Executives, SEs, BDRs, and regional leaders
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Implement consistent sales processes and performance standards
  • Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy
  • Generate predictable revenue through effective sales methodologies
  • Develop regional growth plans and account prioritization
  • Engage directly with strategic enterprise accounts
  • Own pipeline creation and qualification across EMEA
  • Ensure adherence to the MEDDIC methodology
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts monthly and quarterly
  • Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Provide market insights to influence product roadmaps
  • Work with partners to scale market reach
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance on pricing and contracts
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key customers
  • Support major customer meetings and value assessments
  • Build relationships with regional partners and distributors
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Maintain a disciplined sales operating rhythm
  • Optimize sales processes and tools for efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines
