- Strong CRM hygiene and operational discipline
- Collaboration mindset and team elevation
- Native German, fluent English, Europe-based
- Open-source ecosystem and PLG experience
- Experience selling technical workflow or automation
- Early-stage or scale-up environment experience
- Existing right to work or visa eligibility
Tasks
- Exceed revenue targets across a DACH enterprise territory
- Build pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
- Execute account planning and territory strategy
- Qualify opportunities using deep discovery and MEDDIC
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle
- Conduct product demos and technical evaluations
- Lead complex procurement and contract negotiations
- Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across diverse stakeholders
- Drive mutual action plans to ensure deal momentum
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate deals
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
