- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures
- Salesforce Certified Architect or relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP Data/ML)
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements
Tasks
- Support sales cycle with technical architecture
- Design and present POCs and demonstrations
- Explain Salesforce Customer 360 benefits to CIOs, CTOs, IT teams
- Assess and define technical customer needs
- Drive innovation projects and POCs
- Coach pre-sales colleagues on technical intricacies
- Lead conversations on Generative AI, Data Strategy, Hyper-Automation
- Architect AI and Machine Learning solutions
- Unify and model large-scale data
- Develop system integration patterns
- Optimize solution performance
