Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM or SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, or solutions architecture
  • Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or competing platform experience
  • 4+ years management consulting experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating to business terms
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Knowledge of software development process and design methodologies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams for customer needs resolution
  • Experience working with NGO customers
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and features
  • Experience working with Enterprise-level customers
  • Occasional travel to customer sites
  • Availability for after-hour or weekend coverage

Tasks

  • Serve as single point of customer accountability
  • Orchestrate all Signature deliverables and experiences
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships with IT and business leaders
  • Help customers achieve business goals on Salesforce
  • Coordinate completion of Signature Success services
  • Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
  • Advise on adoption of new Salesforce features
  • Identify potential challenges and risks in implementation
  • Communicate value of Signature Success
  • Ensure collaborators understand Signature Success value
  • Advocate for customers in high-severity case resolution
  • Assist with timely resolution of high-severity issues
