Requirements

  • 6+ years MarTech, AdTech, or consulting
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience in campaign or brand strategy
  • Understanding of omnichannel strategy and analytics
  • Ability to optimize enterprise tagging structures
  • Executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Data fluency and KPI interpretation skills
  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with social ad platforms

  • PMP, Agile, or relevant certification

Tasks

  • Lead strategic technical relationships for Core product suites
  • Advise on platform architecture and governance frameworks
  • Translate marketing KPIs into platform configurations
  • Manage the end-to-end customer adoption lifecycle
  • Align platform adoption with customer-specific goals
  • Conduct workspace audits and usage diagnostics
  • Build playbooks for campaign and influencer management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
  • Execute business reviews and ROI narratives
  • Co-develop success plans and product rollout timelines
  • Deliver stakeholder workshops and advanced user trainings
  • Identify and resolve platform adoption blockers
  • Cultivate internal champions to strengthen platform advocacy
  • Provide product feedback based on customer insights
  • Align customer strategies with future roadmap capabilities
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell growth opportunities
  • Position the platform as a tech stack consolidator
