Requirements
- Bachelors degree and experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numerical/analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good understanding of business environment and debate skills
- Strong sales & service focus, quality/business sense, self-managed, SAP experience
Tasks
- Drive growth through excellent customer service and collaborative analysis
- Work cross-functionally with customers, supply chain, commercial, and accounting teams
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Monitor and explain service levels and shortage reports to customers
- Investigate order failures and develop improvement plans with customers
- Build strong relationships with customers' supply chain groups
- Ensure perfect orders by collaborating with operational teams and internal contacts
- Receive, analyze, and process orders from customers
- Verify orders align with anticipated demand and customer agreements
- Ensure orders reflect listing dates and new product introductions
- Manage stock allocation during supply restrictions to minimize sales impact
- Monitor and address distribution failures to improve service
- Handle complaint management for assigned customers
- Participate in supply chain initiatives for successful trade introduction
- Measure and report weekly KPI service levels
- Identify and address key issues and trends in service performance
- Maintain accurate customer master data for right-first-time order submission
- Support month-end and year-end closure activities
