Tasks
- Ensure seamless intercompany supply chain processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor transactions in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Apps.
- Execute global order management transactions using SAP S/4HANA/Fiori.
- Act as SPOC for customers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Resolve complex inquiries swiftly.
- Ensure business continuity.
- Provide robust exception handling.
- Guide customers on import/customs clearance.
- Ensure global compliance with import/export regulations.
- Align trade management with company policies/legal standards.
- Ensure daily processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- Support audit-readiness via detailed record management.
- Maintain end-to-end process documentation.
- Update working instructions and internal procedures.
- Generate regular SAP GUI and Fiori reports.
- Analyze reports for actionable insights.
- Provide insights to stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
- Execute core inter-company and dropshipment scenarios.

- Process Sales Orders (SD).
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Process Purchase Orders (PO/MM).
- Post vendor invoices (VIM).
- Verify vendor invoices (VIM).
- Process inbound deliveries (MM).

- Perform SD billing.
- Perform inter-company billing (SD).
- Monitor Idoc activity.
- Process Idoc transactions.
