Description

As a Supply Planning Manager for EMEA, you will coordinate the SOP process and oversee supply plans to ensure products are available on time. This role involves optimizing inventory levels, aligning production with demand, and collaborating across teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• •8+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field
• •At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role
• •Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, production planning, and demand management
• •Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools
• •Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• •Ability to manage complex supply chain operations
• •Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• •Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to lead and develop a team
• •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
• •Master's degree preferred

Tasks

• •Drive and coordinate the SOP process for EMEA and APAC
• •Oversee detailed supply plans to ensure timely product availability
• •Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance stock and optimize working capital
• •Align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts and inventory needs
• •Evaluate the supply chain process to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• •Implement best practices and new technologies for supply planning
• •Deploy and structure KPIs in line with company targets
• •Track and report on key performance metrics related to stock availability
• •Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and logistics for alignment
• •Oversee projects for product launches and supply chain initiatives
• •Develop and mentor a team of supply chain planners and business leads
