Requirements
- •8+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field
- •At least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role
- •Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, production planning, and demand management
- •Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools
- •Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- •Ability to manage complex supply chain operations
- •Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- •Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to lead and develop a team
- •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
- •Master's degree preferred

- •Drive and coordinate the SOP process for EMEA and APAC
- •Oversee detailed supply plans to ensure timely product availability
- •Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance stock and optimize working capital
- •Align manufacturing schedules with demand forecasts and inventory needs
- •Evaluate the supply chain process to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- •Implement best practices and new technologies for supply planning
- •Deploy and structure KPIs in line with company targets
- •Track and report on key performance metrics related to stock availability
- •Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and logistics for alignment
- •Oversee projects for product launches and supply chain initiatives
- •Develop and mentor a team of supply chain planners and business leads
