Tasks
- •Build and maintain long-term relationships with medical device manufacturers
- •Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and concerns
- •Onboard new customers and provide comprehensive software training
- •Identify future business opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell potential
- •Define, track, and own success metrics to measure customer satisfaction
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- •Travel up to twice a month to meet with customers and attend industry events
