- •Fluency in German (C2) and English
- •1–3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
- •Track record of taking ownership and delivering results
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Comfort with basic technical concepts
- •Organizational and proactive skills
- •Energetic engagement with remote culture
- •Experience in compliance, cybersecurity, or SaaS
- •Experience with account management communication
- •Startup experience from Seed to Series A/B

Tasks
- •Own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal
- •Proactively identify opportunities and gaps in customer health
- •Address process inefficiencies and take initiative
- •Become an expert in compliance standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR
- •Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- •Advocate for the customer to drive product and process improvements
- •Create onboarding flows and knowledge base articles
- •Develop quick videos and internal tooling ideas
- •Align with the CS Lead on strategy and process scaling
