  • Building long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
  • Adaptability in rapidly changing and growing environments
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Self-motivated sales teams with collaboration, enthusiasm, overachievement culture
  • Championing top performers, team development, coaching, and grading
  • Partner relationships, networks, and growing revenue through ecosystem
  • Driving pipeline generation activities from marketing or partners

Tasks

  • Lead Sales Leaders and Executives to drive new business growth
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy with Sales Operations
  • Engage in territory planning and relationship development
  • Support Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team members for excellence
  • Develop territories and set performance expectations
  • Manage and report accurate sales forecasts and pipelines
  • Achieve annual sales goals quarterly and annually
  • Participate in C-level meetings to understand customer needs
  • Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, and other teams
  • Manage Digital Sales Team, including Sales Development and Inside Sales
  • Retain and grow existing customer base with regular engagement
  • Demonstrate operational cadence to drive new business
  • Advocate for early career development and talent progression
  • Collaborate with regional Senior Leadership for culture and success
