Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related HR role
- Exposure to international or multi‑country HR topics
- Knowledgeable in Swiss market practices
- Solid understanding of compensation and benefits principles
- Understanding of regulatory considerations
- Understanding of relevant market practices
- Hands‑on experience with equity‑based variable compensation
- Experience with employee share options, RSUs, or similar long‑term incentive plans
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident working with Excel and HR data
- High attention to detail
- Structured, reliable, well‑organized approach
- Independent work ethic
- Strong “can‑do” attitude
- Pragmatic, solution‑oriented problem‑solving mindset
- Clear and pragmatic communication in English
- German skills (plus)
