Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field
  • •Experience building commercial forecasting models and KPIs
  • •Ability to translate data into actionable forecasts
  • •Skill in interpreting data and defining analytical questions
  • •Expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI and forecasting
  • •Experience with IBM TM1 and D365 highly desirable
  • •Fluency in English and additional languages a plus

  • •Collaborate with commercial, supply, and finance teams
  • •Deliver consolidated forecasts with clear rationales
  • •Lead forecast review cycles and consolidate inputs
  • •Represent the commercial team in cross-functional planning meetings
  • •Explain forecast assumptions and risks and opportunities
  • •Track forecast performance and conduct variance analysis
  • •Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
  • •Translate market research and epidemiological data into insights
  • •Monitor in-market performance and identify gaps
  • •Maintain commercial forecasting dashboards
  • •Define and report on key forecast KPIs
