Data Science Specialist(m/w/x)
Predictive modeling for product innovation in Nestlé's Nutrition unit. Advanced degree and extensive Life Sciences data science experience required. Flexible working, dynamic international environment.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc or higher) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Extensive data science experience in Life Sciences, Food, or Academia
- Agile development practices application
- Proven track record in building and deploying predictive models
- Hands-on expertise with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Expertise with statistical methods including Design of Experiments
- Familiarity with APIs (REST, JSON)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Streamlit)
- Proficiency with cloud and data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Proficiency with SQL databases
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (scientists, sensory specialists, product developers)
- Highly autonomous and self-driven
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
