- Create and manage long-term customer relationships
- Shape solutions for critical business problems
- Drive profitable growth and exceptional delivery
- Own and drive Financial Services business in Switzerland
- Ensure growth, profitability, and strategic client impact
- Act as senior executive face to the client
- Shape transformation agendas and ensure delivery excellence
- Manage P&L for Financial Services cluster in Switzerland
- Lead end-to-end client engagement across functions
- Position DXC as a strategic transformation partner
- Drive 'Run + Transform' agenda in Swiss banking and insurance
- Ensure regulatory-grade execution (FINMA, DORA, outsourcing, data sovereignty)
- Act as Executive Client Partner for UBS
- Build C-level trust (CIO, CTO, COO, CRO)
- Define and drive multi-year account strategy
- Lead large deal shaping and negotiation
- Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction
- Own book-to-bill ratio >1 and sustainable revenue growth
- Identify and drive new logo acquisition
- Expand in existing accounts
- Develop pipeline for FY+1 / FY+2
- Focus on core banking and platform modernization
- Drive data and AI industrialization
- Transform cloud and infrastructure (including hybrid strategies)
- Optimize automation and cost
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships for growth
- Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, delivery, and consulting
- Drive execution certainty in regulated environments
- Manage risks, escalations, and financial performance
- Optimize delivery footprint (onshore/offshore mix)
- Champion quality, compliance, and audit readiness
- Lead and develop Account Executives, Client Partners, and Delivery Leaders
- Build high-performance culture with clear accountability
- Coach teams on value selling, executive communication, and deal shaping
- Foster collaboration across DXC and Luxoft
- Represent DXC in the Swiss Financial Services market
- Build executive relationships across the industry
- Contribute to thought leadership
- Position DXC as a trusted advisor in business and technology reinvention
