Requirements
- Minimum 15 years customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Energy industry
- Strong experience in transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations
- Experience with AI-based transformation (strong plus)
- Deep exposure to successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate global organizations and persuade with data
- Ability to work with internal resources to design, pitch, and sell opportunities
- Natural and consultative approach with senior executives
- Strong team player with patient, entrepreneurial leadership style
- Project management: ability to organize multiple streams
- Strong communication skills to translate Celonis use cases into customer landscape

Tasks
- Spearhead data-driven business transformation with strategic customers in the Energy industry
- Lead extensive teams of Celonis experts to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Act as the accountable lead and trusted advisor for strategic customers
- Engage with C-level executives to define long-term vision for business transformation
- Mobilize necessary Celonis resources to support customer initiatives
- Drive measurable business impact across various processes and industries
- Accelerate platform adoption
- Champion transformational initiatives across Celonis and customer accounts
- Foster innovation and strategic change to maximize value
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Embed Celonis into customer strategic objectives
- Ensure engagements are properly staffed using global cross-functional teams
- Mentor customers on organization design and Center of Excellence maturation
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support
- Offer feedback to managers on team performance
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise
- Establish the Celonis program roadmap and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders
- Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams efficiently
- Internalize customer strategy and targets to align Celonis delivery
- Support customers in solving business-critical problems
- Drive value realization and adoption within accounts
- Ensure high-quality, on-time project completion
- Meet usage and adoption targets
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry challenges
- Gather insights and improve products and services through feedback loops
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company
- Ensure alignment of product development and service offerings with industry needs
- Collaborate on advocacy strategies with the customer advocacy team
- Drive customer presence and sponsorship at key Celonis and industry events
- Serve as a Celonis leader at conferences and webinars
- Publish thought leadership content
- Collaborate on innovation or new asset development in specific domains
- Contribute to playbooks, resources, and tools for the value engineering team
