Advisory Solution Consultant(m/w/x)

In this technical role, you will drive deal strategy by aligning AI solutions with customer needs. You'll bridge the gap between business value and technical architecture to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

• •Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs
• •Ability to leverage self-service tools and configurators
• •Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms
• •Scripting or coding experience as a plus
• •5+ years of pre-sales or sales engineering experience
• •Experience in technology or telecommunications industries preferred
• •Proficiency with ServiceNow or other enterprise cloud software
• •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• •Strong territory and pipeline management skills
• •Willingness to travel approximately 50%

Tasks

• •Support solution sales for employee and customer workflows
• •Partner with account executives on complex sales cycles
• •Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops
• •Deliver value-based product demonstrations
• •Facilitate technical workshops on AI and architecture
• •Build data-driven business cases and ROI models
• •Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements
• •Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• •Coordinate cross-functional handoffs to customer success
• •Provide market feedback to product management
• •Articulate competitive positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• •Improve internal sales processes and reusable assets
• •Support marketing initiatives and industry events
