Client Relationship Manager - Center for Coaching Exellence(m/w/x)

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business or equivalent
  • Coaching certificate ideally with ICF credentials
  • 8+ years relevant business/client-facing experience
  • Interaction experience with C-Suite and Executives
  • Experience in commercial or quota-bearing roles
  • Sales or commercial strategy responsibilities
  • Outstanding client facing capabilities
  • Comfortable engaging clients via phone
  • Ability to build credibility and challenge assumptions
  • Ability to deliver face-to-face training
  • Cultural diversity awareness and fast-paced adaptability
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and data-sifting skills
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure simultaneously
  • Independent and accurate task completion
  • Pro-active and initiative-taking mindset
  • Solution-focused positive spirit
  • Excellent oral and written English communication
  • Valid Swiss work permit or citizenship

Tasks

  • Acquire new corporate clients to grow membership
  • Develop relationships with target prospective clients
  • Prepare timely proposals and responses to RFPs
  • Support the Director in following up on opportunities
  • Apply corporate development strategies to expand regional accounts
  • Manage the bidding and pitching process from start to finish
  • Calibrate client learning needs with available solutions
  • Cultivate close working relationships with key client contacts
  • Coordinate learning journeys with coaching and delivery teams
  • Monitor and evaluate client feedback
  • Cascade thought leadership through innovative instructional design
  • Orchestrate new diploma and program combinations
  • Document all activities and opportunities in the CRM
  • Create presentations to share insights with clients
  • Produce summary reports at various project phases
  • Support projects addressing specific client engagement needs
