- Manage assets, funds, and property according to group rules
- Ensure alignment across all organizational levels on business targets
- Develop a management style that maximizes organizational potential
- Study economic, industry, and technical developments impacting the business
- Develop and implement actions for long-term business safeguarding
- Maintain and develop contacts with industry organizations and labor unions
- Ensure timely completion of strategic projects and their integration
- Collaborate with HQ Marketing to initiate local marketing strategies
