Requirements
- •University degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing, or graduate equivalent
- •Proven track record in business development and solutions-based strategic selling
- •Relevant experience in assigned region (Netherlands)
- •Consulting experience in a large management consulting company
- •Ability to sell and negotiate intangible services/solutions
- •Ability to sell through insight
- •Customer-focused with excellent analytical skills
- •Understanding of learning and development theory in corporate context
- •Excellent oral, written, presentation, and reporting communication skills
- •Willingness to contribute in a team-oriented, matrix environment
- •Experience with CRM systems for documenting activity and reporting
- •Fluent spoken and written English; language of assigned market is a plus
- •Willingness to travel within assigned region and internationally up to 60%
- •Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU-25EFTA citizenship required

- •Set and execute the go-to-market strategy for the assigned market
- •Select priority clients to drive revenue growth
- •Expand and maintain market segmentation with existing and new clients
- •Coordinate with strategic partners in the market
- •Build long-term partnerships with clients
- •Act as a trusted business partner to C-suite clients
- •Engage in deep conversations about clients' strategic and transformation challenges
- •Diagnose clients' learning and development needs
- •Qualify custom solution opportunities for strategic pursuits
- •Source larger Open Program opportunities within key target organizations
