- •Define partnership models aligned with organizational goals
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
- •Manage partner performance and address issues or concerns
- •Identify and pursue new business opportunities through alliances
- •Assess market trends and client needs to create innovative solutions
- •Provide direction for strategic programs and executive engagements
- •Lead negotiations and execution of partnership agreements
- •Ensure favorable terms while maintaining win-win outcomes
- •Track and measure partner alliance performance against KPIs
