In this role, you will oversee the management of space operations and customer service while planning client experiences and ensuring high standards in merchandising. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating events, managing facility maintenance, and monitoring inventory to create a seamless experience for clients.

Tasks

• •Manage overall space operations and customer service

• •Maintain operational and merchandising standards

• •Assist associates as needed
• •Plan and execute client experiences to maximize initiatives
• •Handle administration, logistics, and delivery of client events
• •Process invoices and manage new supplier requests
• •Approve contracts and maintain budget sheets for marketing
• •Analyze and report on retail and marketing management
• •Provide feedback post-event and conduct benchmarking
• •Ensure communication between subcontractors and suppliers
• •Coordinate with store managers for accurate client experience calendars
• •Facilitate press and celebrity appointments at Casa
• •Manage and maintain facility cleanliness and repairs
• •Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems
• •Organize office areas and stock rooms to company standards
• •Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to verify work standards
• •Monitor inventories to prevent discrepancies
• •Ensure completion of inventories and stock levels per guidelines
• •Support press office in managing stock and processing shipments
