Requirements

  • Vocational education as Radiographer, engineering, business management, marketing degree, or relevant degree
  • Minimum of 8 years experience
  • Sales or product management experience
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, French being a plus
  • Excellent understanding of workflow in hospitals, radiology departments, and X-ray systems
  • Good technical knowledge in CR, DR, and other Image Capture Products
  • Knowledge of product marketing
  • Business analytical skills
  • High level of self-organization and planning
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player and independent driver
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Vocational certification

Tasks

  • Support technical product sales for X-ray Solutions
  • Develop and close profitable deals in the Gulf region
  • Create and update pricing books for solutions and spare parts
  • Train channel partners on pricing adherence
  • Consult customers on their goals using existing sales tools
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by setting clear delivery expectations
  • Collect customer feedback for product development
  • Prepare customer-specific presentation materials
  • Collaborate with customer care to improve service experience
  • Set and execute sales strategies to meet targets
  • Act as a trusted consultant for customers and channel partners
  • Provide technical information for contracts and tenders
  • Address and escalate customer product complaints as needed
  • Share best practices for using X-ray Solutions
  • Assess technical and sales skill levels of channel partners
  • Conduct regular product training sessions
  • Localize training materials for sales tactics
  • Quantify and validate market opportunities
  • Collaborate with channel managers on deal qualifications
  • Research and communicate competitive product insights
  • Participate in cadence meetings for order tracking
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue reporting
  • Drive forecast accuracy for sales estimates
  • Assist in creating the Annual Operating Plan
