Requirements

  • 5–8 years managing and growing large, complex enterprise customers
  • Experience in data, SaaS, or data-driven solution environments
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions in regulated and governance-heavy environments
  • Strong expertise in Finance & Risk Solutions, Third Party Risk, Compliance & regulatory frameworks, and risk & governance topics
  • Extensive experience engaging with C-level executives and positioning AI-driven and advanced data solutions at executive and board level
  • Skilled in MEDDICC methodology and Challenger Sales (or comparable sales methodologies)
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and analytics tools
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and execution-driven
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and executive levels
  • Fluency in German and English; French or Italian is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

Tasks

  • Drive growth in Finance & Risk Solutions
  • Acquire new strategic enterprise customers

  • Act as a trusted advisor for large, complex clients
  • Manage senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Influence governance, decision-making, and budget processes
  • Design client-specific solutions for Finance & Risk
  • Deliver solutions for Third Party Risk, Compliance, and Governance
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Maximize account value across the customer lifecycle
  • Conduct workshops and solution demos
  • Facilitate proof-of-concept sessions
  • Lead value-realization sessions
  • Articulate business impact clearly
  • Build robust account plans
  • Maintain quarterly business plans
  • Cover pipeline, key deals, opportunities, and risks
