- Coordinate spatial design, activation, investment, and partnerships
- Develop a coherent, phased development roadmap
- Deliver long-term value for Novartis and the city
- Manage change and communications throughout the program
- Maximize operational stability and business continuity
- Ensure stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate campus revitalization as a multi-year program
- Support campus transformation into a mixed-use environment
- Balance corporate, scientific, social, and public elements
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap for a Health and Science Quarter
- Strengthen innovation, collaboration, and local integration
- Maintain security and compliance standards
- Align and coordinate investments across initiatives
- Ensure coherence across initiatives and funding streams
- Support phased implementation planning
