Tasks
- Serve as strategic and operational backbone of Science Function
- Translate VP’s strategic priorities into operational reality
- Ensure financial governance and structured business processes
- Coordinate cross-functional activities for clarity and efficiency
- Partner with VP Global Science to create actionable plans
- Track progress and ensure consistent follow-through
- Prepare and coordinate decision-making forums
- Ensure structured agendas and accurate documentation
- Follow up on action items effectively
- Maintain holistic overview of Science business support processes
- Manage Science Controlling and budget planning
- Oversee product and project costs
- Handle budget data processing
- Manage indirect purchasing within BANF process
- Coordinate financial authorization
- Work with Legal for notary processes
- Select and handle translation service providers
- Lead Business Support Team
- Drive internal communication within Science Function
- Ensure key information is cascaded across teams
