Requirements

  • 5+ years facility management/maintenance experience
  • Strong financial competency (budgeting, capital planning, maintenance)
  • Extensive pharmaceutical facility operation experience
  • Strong knowledge of facility/building/utility operations and services
  • Understanding of corporate perspective, strategic and financial, incl. regulatory knowledge (pharmaceutical industry)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Tasks

  • Lead facilities management and strategic planning for third-party providers
  • Manage facility services in direct contract and IFM models
  • Oversee building, grounds, cleaning, and maintenance operations
  • Develop strategic relationships with service providers and stakeholders
  • Apply evolving facilities management and strategic planning
  • Facilitate change management for implementation
  • Coordinate with REFS initiatives for enterprise opportunities
  • Govern third-party providers for budget adherence and scope development
  • Ensure 24/7 site operations as needed
  • Develop and implement business strategies for quality and efficiency
  • Ensure facility services meet end-user requirements and satisfaction
  • Align with Design & Construction Management on CODB plans
  • Participate in request for proposal processes with Procurement
  • Partner with HSE and QA for safety and compliance
  • Manage third-party contracts and governance
  • Rate service providers on performance indicators
  • Take corrective action for performance issues
  • Demonstrate company values consistently
