Requirements
- •Extensive experience in audiovisual support and maintenance
- •Familiarity with AV over IP, Dante Audio networking, and NDI
- •Good communication and interpersonal skills
- •Excellent English language ability
- •German language proficiency
- •Previous work experience within an international organisation

Tasks
- •Provide audiovisual and IT support for seminars, meetings, workshops, and conferences
- •Maintain internal and external networks for live and on-demand streaming
- •Support Zoom-based videoconferencing across EMBL and manage licensing
- •Collaborate with AV colleagues and conference organizers to design and maintain conference platforms
- •Coordinate staffing for conference and meeting events
- •Record high-quality digital videos of live events, including live streaming
- •Supervise and maintain conference and meeting rooms for audiovisual readiness
- •Respond to client requests regarding audiovisual needs
- •Plan and implement technical setups for meetings, including offsite support
